Did Sales Reps Just Get a LIVE Coach in Their Ear?
It tells exactly what to say. Live.

I've been on 40+ demo calls this quarter. I still catch myself doing it: prospect asks a tough question and for two full seconds I'm just... buffering. Trying to remember the line I used last week that landed well.
That two seconds is the whole game. Where you either say the sharp thing or you say the okay thing.
One of our newest features powerfully addresses exactly this moment. And I'm genuinely excited about this one.
This issue is all about that one.

The Coach in Your Ear

Watch any great coach on a sideline.
They're not waiting until after the game to tell their player what to do differently. They're calling it in the moment, mid-play, while it still matters.
Football figured this out decades ago.
Andy Reid's "Wasp" play in the 2020 Super Bowl inspired a comeback that Kansas City will never forget.
The same team that was 10 points down heading into the 4th quarter were champions 15 minutes later.
Sales has never had this. Until now.
WingRep lets you be Andy Reid, everyday.
What during-the-call coaching actually is
Here's the idea in one sentence: WingRep listens to your call, and when it gets rocky, tells your rep exactly what to say.
This is not a summary after the call ends. This is not a scorecard from your manager three days later. This is Live, in-the-moment help while the conversation is still happening.
We train it on your playbooks. Your past calls. Your objection handling. Your competitive positioning.
Then we put it to work in real time, on every call.
The three types of nudges
There are three distinct ways it shows up for a rep, each doing a different job.

1. The opening. The first few seconds of a call set the tone for everything after.
Before the rep even says hello, WingRep already knows who's on the call and feeds them the line to open with: "Ask about the acquisition they announced last month before you get into the agenda." Or: "Open with the referral, mention Sarah by name before you introduce yourself."
This nudge helps the rep open strong, every time, instead of winging it.
2. Guide nudges. These steer the shape of the whole call.
Say a rep starts sliding into a demo before they've actually done discovery.
WingRep steps in: "Remember, you're still in discovery mode. Don't jump to the demo yet."“Ask if they have used a 3rd party tool before. If they have, what didn't work well last time?”
It's the kind of course-correction a great manager would give you, if a great manager were listening to every single call.
3. Cue nudges. These are fast and specific.
A prospect brings up a competitor. Bam, the nudge gives the rep the exact line to use.
A prospect asks a tough technical question, security compliance, for instance, and the rep doesn't have a sales engineer on the call. Bam, WingRep feeds them the answer: "We have SOC 2 compliance. We have ISO 27001."
No fumbling, or "let me get back to you on that."
These are three nudges, having three different jobs.
All designed to give a rep the right thing to say, in the exact second they need it.
Why This Changes Everything
Every rep has had that moment. The prospect asks something, and there's a beat of silence while the rep scrambles.
In that beat, deals get lost. Not because the rep didn't know the answer, somewhere, they usually did, but because they couldn't pull it up fast enough, under pressure, live.
A quarterback doesn't call his own plays from scratch, mid-game, off memory.
He's got a coach in his ear, feeding him what to do next.
That's the model. We just built the sales version.
This isn't something a lot of tools out there are doing yet.
Most AI in this space is still telling you what happened, after the fact.
We're telling your rep what to do, as it happens.
Win the moment.

Every rep on your team has a coach in the room now, whispering the right line the second they need it, on every call, not just the ones you happen to sit in on.
See during-the-call coaching live on your own playbook, your own objections, your own team.
Alright.
Catch you next week,
